Drip Feed Oil Heater Water Separators

Drip Feed Oil Heater Water Separators Video Clips. Duration : 1.45 Mins.

It is quite important to make sure that you have no water in your waste oil. Firstly it makes the heater spit and belch puffs of foul smelling half burnt vapour into the surrounding area, secondly it can cause burning droplets of oil to splash out through the secondary air holes, they will burn like hell on your skin and there is also a danger that hey will set something on fire, not to mention that they make a real mess around your heater. In a cold climate, it will help speed up the separation if the separator is warm, (blood temperature or slightly higher), it does not have to be "hot". You should be able to keep your bare hand on it.
